Summary
This project evaluates the performance of SE-plants in clear-cut and CCF-gap sites with regards to growth, resistance and arthropod community. Using MJ- and non-MJ-treated Norway spruce, the project will answer: 1. Does growth and pine weevil damage differ between SE-plants and nursery seedlings when they are planted in CCF or clear-cut sites? 2. How does the arthropod community hosted by SE-plants compare to that of nursery seedlings in CCF and clear-cut sites?
